MK ships products internationally through Aramex and inside the country (Lebanon) via Wakilni. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for the order placed.

Refund & Exchanges

Exchange is available ONLY if items willing to replace, are eligible to our criteria including stock availability. You can exchange by Size or Color; while mentioning the reason for return/exchange. Or you can exchange by another item if the unwanted item returned isn’t available in stock anymore. Our team will exchange the order by the same shipping speed and service that was used on your original item.

All claims must be submitted to us within 24 hours of receiving the items through email or Whatsapp only.

In case of wrong order delivery, missing or damaged, you can exchange after a claim submitted to us within 24 hours from the delivery time; while sending us the picture of the damaged item. Note that in case of claim submission after the mentioned deadline, the customer request will be declined automatically.

We hold the right to accept or decline refund/return of the order, after a careful evaluation by our team.
